HOA neighborhoods and home projects
The planned enclaves off Franklin Farm Road and West Ox Road stay busy with rear additions, whole-house remodels and the occasional tear-down, and on covenant-managed streets the restroom has to sit quietly behind the front setback. We ease a flushing unit and handwashing station onto the driveway apron and keep it pumped from demolition through the closeout punch list.
Because these are association communities laced with shared alleys and asphalt trails, we place stands out of sight of the sidewalk, keep the vacuum truck off the pathways where kids ride, and coordinate access whenever a management office asks us to check in first.
Parkway paving and pool-season events
The Fairfax County Parkway and the Route 50 approach see steady milling, guardrail and utility work, and those crews get flushing units and handwashing stations set on firm shoulder ground beyond the cones, then walked forward as each closure segment opens up.
Neighborhood pools and the ballfields host swim-league meets, Fourth of July cookouts and travel-team weekends, so we post standard and ADA units by the parking with a handwashing stand near the snack bar and keep families from drifting off to hunt a restroom.
Wooded Piedmont lots and summer storms
Western Fairfax climbs into rolling, wooded Piedmont that holds moisture for days, so we choose the firm upper portion of a lot or pad and anchor each stand ahead of the thunderheads that build over the ridgelines to the west.
After a soaking week we favor the driveway or a compacted edge so a unit never carves ruts into a manicured HOA lawn, and on a long build we add warm-season pump-outs to keep everything fresh beneath the tree cover.
