Subdivision and estate-lot construction
The new-home rows and the wider wooded parcels off Glenn Dale Road and Prospect Hill keep builders working, so we set standard and flushing potties with handwashing stations on the graded pad or driveway by the crew and stretch the count as a house rises from slab to roofline.
On the larger acre-plus lots that run on wells and septic, we lay out the drop so the vacuum truck never crosses a drain field, and we ease the stand toward the finish grade as the job turns to driveway and yard.
Golf outings and community events
The local course and the community diamonds draw scrambles, cookouts and youth tournaments, so we set standard and ADA units by the clubhouse or the parking with a handwashing stand near the food and keep both the round and the crowd moving.
For a charity scramble we post stands at the turn and near the first tee and pump the busiest ones between waves, so a full shotgun field never stacks up waiting on a restroom.
Open corridor ground and storms
Along Route 450 the land opens wide and takes the brunt of a summer storm, and the low swales stay soft after rain, so we anchor every stand and set it on firm, raised ground away from the wet pockets.
We give each unit a look on the run after a hard blow, and through the summer heat we add pump-outs so a drawn-out build or a golf weekend holds up out in the open. We would rather set an extra anchor and add a visit than risk a stand leaning after a hard Route 450 storm.
