Home projects on established streets
Ravensworth's split-levels and colonials off Port Royal Road and Ravensworth Road were built out decades ago, so today's work is additions, tear-downs and long remodels. We set a flushing unit and handwashing station on the driveway apron where it won't crowd a mature yard, and keep it serviced through demolition and rebuild.
On the tighter lots we place a single unit close to the work and clear of the neighbor's sightline, moving it as scaffolding and dumpsters come and go across a multi-month job. Where a driveway is short, we look for a firm gravel edge that keeps the pump truck's approach open.
Ballfields, pools and school events
Youth tournaments at the community fields, swim meets at the neighborhood pool, and school fundraisers near Braddock Road all bring weekend crowds. We drop standard and ADA units by the gate and a handwashing station near the concession run so families aren't hunting for a restroom between innings.
For a bigger regional tournament we add a second bank behind the outfield and service both between game days, so a Saturday-Sunday event stays clean from the first pitch to the last.
Wooded lots and wet spring ground
The tree canopy that makes Ravensworth pleasant also keeps the ground damp well into spring. We choose firm, level placements off the soft turf, stake units against the storms that blow up Braddock Road, and add summer services when the humidity settles into the neighborhood.
After a heavy rain we favor the driveway or a compacted edge over the lawn, so nothing tilts or leaves ruts in a yard the owner has spent years keeping green all season.
